Inspired by the scenes in Berlin, London, and New York, Vesper’s musical DNA is centered around energetic and rhythmic 90s House, showcased by DJs who have mastered the art of selection, tension, and extended sets.
The first edition takes place on September 1st at Club Fvtvr, featuring American DJs Kim Ann Foxman and Ryan Elliott, each performing a 3-hour set. Both are regulars at the renowned Panorama Bar in Berlin.
These LGBTQ-friendly events, for ages 21 and over, cater to an educated audience that can party freely on a Sunday during the day, without photos or videos, in a safe, inclusive, and respectful space.
Confidential parties, where dance is the main attraction in a free-spirited vibe for everyone. The sexy dimension of house music highlights the sensuality and aesthetic of dance movements.
For the Instagram promotional videos, my approach was to stage anonymous bodies in motion, synchronized with familiar house tracks from the niche. I worked with my dear friend, director, Maxime Massare, and the dancers @lucinefln@mirak.mous@melissa.minkovsky.melgar and @androusse
The challenge was to attract not only the audience but also the DJs, to come play at an event that is brand new and has no established reputation. And, it's worked!
